Manual V Valves

V-Series Mechanical Valves are designed to function with a mechanical preset counter to effectively shut down the flow after a preset amount of product is delivered. The preset counter allows this valve to be mechanically shut down by two stages. Two-stage shutdown allows a smooth delivery stop by a final low flow rate dwell time and helps prevent hydraulic shocks.

Main Features

V7:
Suitable for SM5, SM7, SMA7, M5, M7 and M10 meters.
• 2″ aluminium for classes 1, 2, 8, 16, NBR, FKM or PTFE seals.
• This angle valve can be turned by 90° increments with its outlet facing up, down, back or front.
• Rated to 150 PSI (10,5 bar).
V15:
Suitable for SM15, M15 and M25 meters.
• 3″ aluminum for classes 1, 2,and 16. FKM or PTFE seals.
• This angle valve can be turned by 90° increments with its outlet facing up, down, back or front.
• Rated to 150 PSI (10,5 bar).
V30:
Suitable for SM30, M30, M40 and M60 meters.
• 4″ aluminum for classes 1, 2and 16. FKM or PTFE seals.
• This angle valve can be turned by 90° increments with its outlet facing up, down, back or front.
• Rated to 150 PSI (10,5 bar).
